What you get
Coarse brush head — dense bristles set in rows right around the cylinder. As it turns it works around each bar and down into the grooves, where a flat brush struggles to reach. Locking mechanism designed to hold the bristles in place.
Polishing head — a hard abrasive cylinder with no metal in it anywhere. This is the pass after the coarse head, the one that takes off the dull film a season of cooking leaves behind.
