We offer free shipping on all orders, Australia-wide. No minimum spend, no hidden fees at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order has been placed.

Delivery time

Orders are dispatched from our international warehouse and delivered with tracked shipping. Estimated delivery time to Australia is 10–20 business days from dispatch. Delivery times can vary depending on where you live and the carrier used, and we're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier — but if your order is taking longer than expected, get in touch and we'll chase it up for you.

Taxes and import charges

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include any applicable taxes — the price you see at checkout is the total price you pay. Standard orders are below the AUD $1,000 import threshold, so you should not have to pay anything extra on delivery.

Delivery confirmation and order tracking
